Can someone please explain me why this is happening?
To serve a rigged game or to avoid licence fees (or both)?
If it's an illegal game I expect they can lower the percentage; NetEnt are well known for the generous RTP's so if they were able to lower that or manipulate the hit rate, they would make a lot of additional money. Also they'll avoid a license fee.

Then I do not get how NetEnt itself can leave it as it is for so long. They are not Mr. Nobody.

hmm..its been over a week now since this news came out and they are still using these games. Only Oceanbets.com have removed the games as far as i know...

Why do Income Access let these casinos use their affiliate software?

FAKE NetEnt Games: (All four have Affpower as affiliate program)
    atlanticcasinoclub.com
    parklaneecasino.com
    ramsesgold.com
    euromooncasino.com

    These 3 have fake games from both Novomatic and NetEnt;
    casinotriomphe.com ( Aff Program casinopartners365 )
    casinobordeaux.com ( Aff Program: aff247 )
    magikcasino.com ( No aff program )

I was asking around (AP, C365 etc...) when they will say something publicly about this big issue...
This is a small part of a messege I got from an Aff Manager...

...and our affiliates are happy. of course we got questions about the netent thing, but as is say we still waiting replay as well, and most affiliates dont care as long there are making money...
The bold text is one of the main problem: no one cares because the money.
This is a problem, guys: a big problem.

I can confirm: I tried to share like a mad exposing my ass around. LCB, OCReviewer and few (very few) other reacted. For the rest... silence...

We should start to think about the money for real: players spend their hard earned moneys as we hard earn money. If we work like mads to make profits... we have to start to think also on who spend their hard earned money that generates our profits.

I want to sleep deeper during night. I want to fight. I want to warn players. And would be fine if also other will do the same...

**** the money. Money earned through illegal activities is illegal money. I don't want them.

I am scared exactly of the opposite. Netent must have much deeper pockets than some C-class casinos.

I dont know why GPWA - dont have a blacklist,we have some revievs ans warning but not a blacklist.
Is it possible to create a list with brands and a God or Bad voting system who every user over 50 post can vote?

    regards

I asked IA before why they work with AffPower, there must still be a thread somewhere. No answer given by the way. GPWA does not have a blacklist, because if they would have, some of their sponsors would be on that blacklist.

Also Aff Power brands are promoted on so many affiliate sites. As long as they can do business, they keep on doing this. I do not understand why NetEnt does not take any action. I suppose they're not earning with this.

They can do quite a lot in my opinion, but it will need some balls. If at conferences they give organization the choice: either this game stealing breands or Net Entertainment, the organization got something to think about it. Also I guess they should have some influence in Malta as they're bringing in way more revenue than game stealing brands are doing. If this game stealing brands remain without license, without exposure on events, it's something.

Yep and as Bryan B has said, it is like whack a mole. However, we as affiliates can do something and that is warn our visitors. But as dfiocch says, not many are doing so. This industry can be very ****** at times

Why wouldn't they want to involve lawyers? Affpower could do some serious damage to the netent's brand not to mention the blatant copyright theft.

If it were Microgaming their competent lawyers would sue the owners , the hosting company and opt to cancel their licences in just a very short time.

Ofc I am also talking about lawyers.

But it is obvious this is about DMCA, so the first step is to contact Google with well documented takedown notice.
The second step is again contact Google, but this time the Chrome department (who share knowledge now with other browsers) and again report a deceptive site. If this is not the case then nothing is.

This way they will not be just blocked in SERP but also redscreened.

I think anybody who is pissed off can report those forms with few details and links to this thread or other reports:
    https://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/
    https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/spamreport
If few reports from various well established webmaster accounts hit Google they might be in troubles even without impotent Netent. The block in SERP can hit them significantly. Redscreen means an end for the whole domain. The proxy domain (casinomodyle.com) is maybe worth of reporting too, because then maybe any domain using this is being flagged. But unlike frontend domain the proxy domain is easy to change I guess.

funny... just days ago they were telling players how LCB and CM are out to ruin their "reputation" and that their games are not pirated. I can only imagine how many players got cheated by these fake games .
