Who are alfapoker and what made u decide to work with them in the first place? Also, I don't even see them having an affiliate program link on their site so I assume you are a player. Maybe next time you should do some research before signing up at a room.

There are other complaints about Alfa Poker if you search Google. This one is from November 2009:
    http://www.pokerfox.com/poker-forum/...540-Alfa-poker

If this is a player issue, please contact casinomeister:
    http://www.casinomeister.com/

They are a player advocate forum and may already have a contact for Alfa Poker (assuming other players have already complained to them).

If this is an affiliate commission issue, please pm or email me your email address along with a detailed explanation of the deal you had and the email address of your affiliate manager.

Reading the OP, it appears to me that this is a player cash-out issue and if payments are taking a couple weeks but players are eventually getting paid, I suggest you stop playing there cash out and move to a more reputable room.

    Hi

Are you an affiliate or poker player?

If you are a player, please contact casinomeister since they are a player advocacy forum and may already have a contact at Alfa Poker.

We don't have the manpower or authority to have Alpha Poker's license revoked. You could file a complaint with Microgaming:
    sales@microgaming.com
    generalenquiries@microgaming.com +44 (0)1624 647777
    MGS House
    Circular Road, Douglas
    Isle of Man, IM1 1BL

    Or the Malta licensing authority:

I'll try to get someone from there to communicate with us. No promises but I'll see what I can do.

Nicely done Terry, I hope shot131 gets some joy out of this. Lets hope there is a lesson learnt about working with virtually unknown operators.

    Guys

They have an LGA license so contact them and make a complaint if you have an issue with them.

    Good luck.

Seems they don't really respond to players as has been seen in the current situation with Betfair customers.

    Nothing ventured, nothing gained...

I'd say give it a shot, you never know. Better try and make a complaint to LGA instead of doing nothing after all.
