Default Alibaba bringing poker to China, where gambling is illegal

Specifics of the deal haven't been released, but it is clear that Alibaba will play a role marketing poker events in China. The companies say they aim to develop two million Chinese poker players over the next five years.

    "China, where gambling is illegal"

    A paradox.
The game Keno had been invented by Cheung Leung more than two thousand years ago to finance Great Wall of China.

They are currently playing poker there, but without any prizes so they lack motivation to win. I doubt they can legalise it outside Macau.
