Thumbs down All Microgaming Casinos pulling out of USA?

It looks like a pattern that all Microgaming casinos will be leaving the USA market. Some are going to accept new players registrations until Nov 10 and allow you to play after that date. Some such as refer back are stopping play totally. I am not confirming all of them, but it appears from the emails that the software company Microgaming is the one making the decision.

Its a huge shame because Microgaming was one of the best casino platforms we had left for USA players. I can see more casinos shutting down because of these measures. Do you all think that Kentucky had anything to do with this. Are they getting scared?

Please keep us updated if you hear any more updates of Microgaming brands pulling out of the market.

    Thanks everyone,

    Justin

I am getting mails from most programs. It looks like a decision from Micro itself. Partly because of Ky and partly because of the difficulties in processing I'm told. I believe it's a bit premature. Things were beginning to look up for the US so this is a blow.

Unfortunatly, we have been forced to change our websites so much, this time may be the proverbial straw. Affiliates may begin utilizing US friendly sites on a more permanant basis. The constant changing is taking it's toll. I understand that hands are tied by the AM's. Time will tell what the effect of this drastic reaction on the part of Microgaming will be.

Once again, we will get through this.

I thought this wasn't supposed to happen now...lol Yet another blow to the US facing affiliates out there. From about 3 months into my start in this field we have been dealt blow after blow, and yet business is thriving. I like to look at the bright side to these situations. The bright side is this, although another platform is leaving, there will be numerous players displaced. These displaced players will be looking for reputable sites to move to and continue their play. That's where you and I come in! I will be seeking these players out and gladly help them find a new place to play. We have to work in the environment that is forced upon us, however unpleasant it may be. There is always a road to success, you just have to find it!

I got mails from Brightshare, Fortune Affiliates and ReferBack. I have still a few more left where I can say that US players are welcome - but for how long?

What about the people we still have playing at Fortune, and Referback, are they still allowed to play there?

    Thanks

Another blow...seems like every time a person's mind becomes a bit at ease, we get another rude awakening. I still think and hope that things will be getting much better in the next year or two for U.S. players though. Just have to hang on till then........

I just do not understanding the timing of this. Why now? Kentucky? Propsed banking regulations?

Not too much left in the casino space - RTG, Vegas Technology, and a few proprietary for the most part.
