    Alladins Gold is famous i have been told of paying out in time, still, though having much money they cant pay in time according to their time limits. They are checking out detaisl even though accepting cashout and fax docs. Chat persons LIED to me and said they did not have documents sent even though have been sent multiple times as i had to sent through email cause of possible techical problems u experienced.

    Then mr china boxer comes:

    This is taken from the chat transcript between Holkapolka and our CS staff member Lisa. What you read below is faily standard for this "player".

    I am going to comment here, and please Martyn don't accuse me again of directly attacking you or your brands, you want feed back or thoughts.

    2 things are wrong with this picture one being the player sounds like a total nut job that needs to goto anger management, and the second is an affiliate manager posting chats. I totally understand being angry at this somewhat annoying customer but to post chat transcripts on a public forum isn't right.

    Just my thoughts. Not a personal attack

    To the OP why don't you do research and post in the correct forum. You were banned at CM for a reason and should be banned here too.

    He's got nowhere else to go to post.

    He's starting his hate campaign against us with our marketing partners now that he is banned at a players forum. I havent posted the full transcript, just sections to show how this player has treated us and our staff. No only has the player lied about the time taken but the abuse is 100% uncalled for.

    The player obviously wants to bring this to the public forum, hence he posted here. Before the bandwagon starts, I thought I would get in and stamp out any potential flame before anyone gets carried away.

    Also, I posted the chat slices with the permission of our casino operations manager to part-illustrate the level at which this player treats our CS team. We are remaining professional throughout and Holkapolka knows what he has to do to get his funds paid.

    Implying I am Wayne, You need to get your facts straight dude. When ever someone challenges you, you try and discredit them. This is one of the reasons we don't want to work with your program anymore. Your just as bad as this original poster and have been for a long time.

    I simply said i did not agree with you posting a chat transcript and you try to fire Wayne into the mix again. It truly shows how you do business.

    What happened to data protection, although the chat transcript is revealing of the players integrity, i'm pretty sure you cannot post a confidential chat transcript without the relevant parties explicit consent.

    I couldn't agree more, not only does it reflect badly on the player but also the distinct lack of professionalism, integrity and lack of legal knowledge shown by the casino. I would urge them to edit the post and remove the transcript, otherwise if the player is so inclined he could file a lawsuit under the breach of data protection act.

    Not only that but making public, private conversations does not entice new customers or affiliates.

    Hi all, I don't believe that this chat snippet reveals any information as to who the player is, amounts involved or any confidential information that could leave either party open for dispute. This does not come under data protection as nothing confidential is given away.

    The players name was replaced by his public handle to help hide his true identity, nothing else is given away.

    I wasn't going to dignify that with a response, but couldn't resist. It's not about the player's mental stability, it's regarding ethics and a breach of the law by the casino and ultimately the data protection act. Given this thread i will not be promoting this casino or any within their group and i'm sure a few other players and affiliates will find this interesting reading.
