Also no response
Hey Peter,
If you can check for my Emails, I had emailed you on the 6th and then again on the 9th with no response.
The tracking number you sent me for the check says the address placed on the check was not valid and returned to the sender. The address was missing the street number.
More details are in my emails.

I will send Ace Revenue an email and point them to this thread.

Hey Peter,
It has been another 7 days without a response to the update of the status of my payment. I have sent another email on the 19th. I would like to know if another check has been issued or is on its way or...? I am now owed payment for 3 different months now and would like to get this sorted out asap.
Thank you.

Sent another Email yesterday, please respond as I would like to see if I can get the tracking number for this payment this time before it gets sent back (if there is a mailing error). The delayed response time is getting ridiculous. I understand it is the holidays and all, but I am owed a payment now for 3 different months, and the length of time this has taken to clear this up is unacceptable.

I will send another note to Ace.

Got an email back a few hours ago.
He is working on the issue.
and thank you for the help Anthony

Update:
I have sent two more Emails in the past 5 days, no response. This issue is not getting resolved. I am told payments have been sent, but am unable to get tracking numbers and payment has not shown up for weeks AGAIN. I have spent months trying to resolve this issue with most of my emails ignored or 1 to 2 weeks pass in-between replies.
I am owed payment for 3 different months, one from as far back as SEPTEMBER (August earnings). This issue is not being seen through or handled well.
Every other program has paid me to date without major issue. I would like to have my payment handled in a professional manner and seen through until it reaches me. After 3 months I dont think that is an unreasonable request.

Update
Hello online18,
I am emailing you directly this afternoon.
Please keep in mind that your payment was returned by the courier due to an address issue. We used the address that had been provided to us at the time for your payments. I am checking with accounting to see where the re-issue of the payment stands, and am replying here just to make it clear that we did try to pay you.
Also, the processors who send the checks usually take some time to send courier tracking numbers. This is the nature of processing in this industry.
I will provide the latest details to you when I email you directly later today.
Thanks,
Peter

I see you did try, and its unfortunate that part of the address was missing (the street number, that I had provided along with my address as I have every email to date) or this issue would have been resolved then.
Mastakes happen and things dont always go as planned I do understand, and I never put blame on anyone for that. Its length of time that this issue has taken to resolve (going on 4 months) even with the mailing error, that is the problem.
I look forward to your Email later, and hope this is resolved soon.
