Default am new but was wondering????

I have been a member of a bingo site for some time now. Me, my husband, mother inlaw and daughter in law all are members there. Me and my husband live in the downstairs of his mothers house and we care for her since she had her stroke. My daughter inlaw lives on her own. This site owes me $360.00 my husband $100.00 and my mother inlaw $50.00. My daughter inlaw has not played yet because she doesn't have money online yet. We started winning about a month or two ago. I e mailed them because they disabled all of our accounts. Their rules state that you can only have 2 accounts per house hold. Which we do. I am wondering if this is common practice. ( to kick somone off when they are winning) I have a feeling that I just lost all that money and I had just put $50.00 in for my mother inlaw. Anyone know if I can do anything about this??

I'm a newbie, so my comments are not directly related to the casino industry.

If you are living downstairs in your m-i-l's house, then I suspect that technically you are all in one household. I believe that the test is to see if you have separate front doors and no internal interconnection. If this is so, you may have to write to the casino and apologise saying you always consider the house to be 2 separate households as the upstairs has its own cooking facilities. Ask if you can combine 2 of the accounts to comply with their rules. If you are in breach of their rules, it would be better for you to be contrite rather than to attack them. There is so much fraud on the net at the moment that many innocent people are suffering as a consequence of tough anti-fraud policies.

Please note that my comments are based on my net experiences. I am not qualified to comment on the casino industry (yet ).

We do have our own seprate place. We built it because his mom had a stroke and I take care of her. We have our own entrance and we share the computer one of the few joys she has left and about the only life I have had for a year. We also have our own incomes as my husband works and my mother in law has her retirement check. We pay seprate income tax too. I think if I was trying to scam someone I could have done a better job of it and as far as that goes maybe I should have.!

I don't know which bingo you are talking about.

They don't go and inspect your living arrangements, they just look at your ISP.

Depending on which Bingo you are talking about I may or may not be able to talk to them.

I fyou would like to you could send me the name of the Bingo by pressing pm at the bottom of this message and I will see if they are one of the ones I talk to.

    Default Who to talk to

I would report this to www.casinomeister.com. They are a portal (like us) that specializes in keeping casinos honest. When casinos go sour, CasinoMeister.com is usually the one to get the word around. Unfortunately, most of us portal owners can't do much to help you, but I wish we could.

The problem might have been caused by sharing the computer, which is interesting. What happens if you have friends come to stay with you and use their accounts to gamble on your computer?

Actually, most of us webmasters *do* take care of problems for our players, Hyaat. We just don't advertise it like some do.

Jeffyfan - I would suggest writing to the webmaster that you signed up under for this bingo hall.
