Default Announcement - Payment due upon receipt of invoice

    Hello,

In case you haven't logged into your affiliate account in a while and missed our notification, here's a reminder on what's new.
Please know that we’re making some changes in the payment process.
We need to ask you to please send us an invoice every start of the month.

The template for the invoice doesn’t have to be something complex, please include:
    - name/company info
    - payment method
    - amount

We’re aiming to make this process automatic and you’ll soon have an option to upload the invoice yourself.
Promise to keep you updated along the way. Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks in advance!

After many years of sending out payments automatically, why are you now asking affiliates to send invoices if they wish to be paid?

This will result in a number of affiliates missing an arbitrary date not defined that invoices must be sent in and thus pushed to future months for payments.

#1 Is there a cutoff date that invoices must be in by in order to get paid that month?

#2 What happens if an affiliates misses that date by one day, and the following month has a winner and the account goes negative?

Example: Affiliate earns a $300 commission in May to be paid in June, but misses payment invoice date that they used to receive automatically. During the month of June they have a winner that takes their account to -$250

Does the affiliate still get the $300 that was earned and due them in June from May's commission?

    Hi guys,

This new procedure is meant for us to improve our communication with affiliates and check if there was any ownership change/company change within the affiliate businesses.
Over the years, due to the automatic process, some affiliates have become inactive in terms of communication, and no longer have up to date contact details on file. As you can understand, we have the responsibility to accurately know our partners. Even if this is not the case with all accounts, we still have the obligation to apply the rule for all affiliates.

Processing payments automatically will most likely be resumed in a few months, or at least improved and made more user friendly for affiliates.
    @Rick
#1 since this is the first month and we did announce with some short notice, we won't apply any cutoff date
#2 since #1 is not applicable, neither will be #2

Thanks for the feedback, we're sorry for the inconvenience once again.

    Ok

Since you answered the question but avoided answering the implied portion of the question to a degree, let me rephrase a new question.

#1 WHAT exactly is the cutoff date (in future months) for getting invoices in to you so that affiliates will in fact be paid during that month.

    Hello Rick,

As stated before, we are trying to ease the process for the months to come and make it more user friendly for everyone.

    Until we do that:
#1 we won't apply any cutoff date, however the invoice must be sent by the end of each month. Important note: the payment will be processed within 15 business days from the day the invoice was sent.

#2 we advise you to please provide the invoices on a monthly basis, we will send reminders in this regard (notifications within the affiliate account, newsletters, etc). In particular cases when the invoice isn't received monthly, we will discuss each case and apply exceptions in order to reach a positive outcome.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks again.

OK, so 15 days. I sent my invoice on the 3rd, it's now the 24th and no payment. Can you let me know when I'll be paid? Thanks.

    Default Submitted Invoice...Please Respond

    Hi

I have just submitted my first invoice on 06/01. However, I've send many emails prior with no response as of yet. So, I am just letting someone know that I have forwarded an invoice to your support email address as I don't know where else I'm supposed to send it. I asked that someone would acknowledge receipt and answer my previous emails. Please advise, thank you.

Got my check. Very, very, very poor communication however. Also charged me $40 for Fedex delivery and sent it regular mail for $3.49!

What's up with Revenue Giants? I have fully endorsed and worked with them for over 10 years. Never had any major issues with them, but all of a sudden they go dark! Recently I logged into my affiliate account and read they were pulling out of the US Market on Oct. 1st, 2017. I also saw that they zeroed out my account balance. I sent them an email on September 10th seeking information as to why they were pulling out of the US Market and since they zeroed out my account, I assumed they will be mailing my payment. On September 16th I forwarded them a copy of my first email and stated I was still waiting for a reply. I than learned, reading the forums that they want you send them an invoice, which I did on September 17th! Another 8 days passed and I have not heard a word from them. I'm interested to see if any other affiliates are having the same problem.

In my experience with them, it takes about 3 weeks to receive a check. As for response to your queries, they don't usually send any message as to when they send the payment. It seems to largely depend on who your affiliate manager is. My current AM is far more responsive than the one I had prior and was able to get more information, including the fact the reason they are no longer in the US market is because their casinos software provider, Top Game, is pulling out of the US market. So any brands that have casinos running Top Game are effected by this, like Deckmedia. So it's not just Rev Giants.

It takes awhile to get a check. If after 3 weeks, try contacting your AM for details. Hope that helps.

    Hello, faulkwood,

    How are you doing today?

Yes, you're absolutely right. Software provider Top Game for Deckmedia is also pulling out of the US market starting from the beginning of next month. It's such a shame to learn about these very unfortunate incidents.

Take care and have a great day!

    Best Wishes to you.
