I used to like Simon Says, but like most other Rivals, they lost their luster when they pulled the plug on the US.

Same email received here. Closing date of Aug 31 and if you tried to contact either one via email they immediately bounced back. So another two where commissions have been stolen.

I just want to say here and this is a general comment more than anything is that although RIVAL is the software provider blame in most cases should be focused on the people or groups running the casinos ( Again I dont know the reasons why these guys are shutting there doors) its difficult to accept that all RIVAL casino operators are put in one bracket as potentially bad operators this just isn't true and yes maybe RIVAL should be more circumspect when choosing people to partner with but not all RIVAL operators are bad, going under or run bad businesses.

I work with some privately owned Rival brands and everything runs smoothly, like paying affiliates and players alike on time and what they are owed. This kind of event may happen with other software too. If you want to name & shame, let's do it accordingly and not generally. It makes some people's work much harder, mine in particular. Thx!

While I completely agree with Miles, that we should not be so quick to paint all Rivals with the same brush, it is also true that VERY few Rivals have not been affected by this in recent months, and it has damaged their reputation a bit.

I am glad the Miles/Fast Track runs one of the good Rivals, and hope that after this all shakes out that the brands that do remain may grow stronger in the end since (hopefully) most of those operators that are less than honorable (as well as the properties that have just not been successful with their brands) will be removed/absorbed by stronger more efficient operations.

I hope the degree of affiliates hurt by this can be lessened over time.
