Antigua seeks action on US$21M compensation
Antigua Sun reports that Antigua and Barbuda has filed to have its US$21 million compensation claim addressed this month, during the next sitting of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body. According to Mark Mendel, country's attorney at the WTO, the approval of their claim is certain unless every member of the arbritration body votes against it, which is practically impossible, Antigua and Barbuda being one of the members.
