Anybody going to actually sort my igamingpartners problem out?

Eh? 3 days ago I raised this issue and it seems you lot are sitting on your hands.

I've emailed Louis and skyped him but nothing, someone reckons they have spoke to igp and there is no issue.

Right, I can't log into igamingpartners to get into my dublinbet account. No one has ever emailed me about a migration or sent me any new login details. I've tried requesting the password, no email, i've tried contacting you lot, no reply. Teva raised the issue 3 days ago and you lot reckon it isn't a forgotten password issue, so what exactly is the problem? why not just someone send me a new password?

very disappointed in you lot today, emailed as well and still nothing, and you've had someone logged on here all day as well

thanks a lot

We also got lost in the DublinBet switchover. No communication - no details - nothing.

We just dropped them - they had an annoying habit of turning aff links into blank "bad link" pages.

Hi Aidan,

I have raised this internally and will come back there with a response as soon as possible.

Louis no longer works at IA since mid last year, which is why you did receive a response from him. Feel free to email me (Allan @ incomeaccess.com) in the future if you need anything.

Thanks,
Allan

Hi Aidan,

IGP just let me know that you now have access to your account. We were working with them to fix the problem, which is now resolved.

Feel free to ping me if you have any future issues.

Cheers,
Allan

it shouldn't of happened in the first place though, what exactly was the cause of the issue?

Hi Aidan,

Internally we were not able to replicate the issue, as each time we tested we received the password reminder email. This could be caused by many items including spam filter, email settings, etc.

We are continuing to monitor.

Cheers,
Allan
