Default Anybody got contact details for Facebook Account managers?

    Heya

I am trying to do some advertising with a UK licensed white label, the name of which I can't mention on here as I don't think GPWA would approve. Facebook are saying I cannot promote it as it's gambling related, based on the fact that advertisers need to be licensed by the Gaming commission, which obviously it is.

Anybody got a contact at Facebook, i.e an account manager in the advertising section

Really getting annoyed with it all

    cheers

It's ridiculous isn't it! 10k a month on advertising gambling on Facebook, but they also have severe restrictions on affiliates and don't allow affiliate links. So unless you're an actual operator I just don't see the point.

Weird they've told you 10k. I got this:

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Gambling advertising on Facebook is restricted to regulated gambling markets only and to businesses that have a license relevant to the marker they are wishing to advertise in.

All gambling advertisers need to be approved by Facebook, this process involves Facebook internal policy team and also considerable outside legal resources.
Minimum spend for a Gambling advertiser is $50k per month.

Facebook does not work with affiliate companies and can only allow advertising for the company with the relevant B2C license.

If you have other questions, please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Julien

Perhaps they have a random generator, for the amount per month. They hit the Enter button and wait for the number to show up, then they write it in their email

What do they mean by advertising? I can promote posts for some of my pages, but it seems totally random which I can promote and which I can't. Same goes for when I want to promote directly to my website.

How long does the ad last for 10k?
