I've seen on some affiliate programs offer the option to download their casino software for distribution on CD's. Some also offer to sell you high production quality packaging as well.

I haven't heard anyone mention it here yet, so I was wondering if anyone had any luck in actually making conversions with them.

I'm in Costa Rica, so the local market is not "sensitized" yet. Old school marketing technique still work here. ie. fliers etc..

So if someone has done it in the past or has any comments please share.
