I have been trying to contact them since Thursday through the message center on the affiliate site, but my messages have not been read. One of my players has raised an issue that I need to resolve before I can continue promoting them.

This seems like an old threat and by now you have probably contacted them, but I just wanted to confirm that the details grem gave should work. I also had communicating issues with them, and that's the only email I got a response from. They also have a Live Chat, that you might wanna try out if you haven't already sorted the whole thing out.
