Anyone have a Unibet contact? Player drops 40K - zero rev to show

Last month one of our players dropped around 40K - seems he has a bit of a gambling problem and was advised to stop so he contacted us...

When i login to the stats everything reads ZERO???

Anyone have a contact there? Is this program not paying affiliates?

I expected to see 10-15K in revenue.

Imo Unibet is the latest program after bwin/partybets and Expekt that affiliates should promote very cautionsly
Along with expekt this once fine program is going downhill, as they obvoiusly does not care about affiliates anymore.

They commited a robbery at open daylight when the took over Bet24 and bet24´s playerbase without retagging them to affiliates. We personally lost hundreds of players on that. Our bet24 players got new unibets account (if they did not had any before), but none of them got retagged to our affiliate account. when we contacted the persons involved in the switch the answer was simple : thats not our problem.

Besides that they recently changed terms to negative carryover also for old affiliates.

Promote very cautionsly. They might do a bwin/expekt on you soon!

i've never had a problem with Bwin but expekt have gone off the radar for a while and Unibet chucked in neg rev carry over after I had a good month. Bet24 though were on a different level, I sent them about 120 depositing players and they went on a run winning so they kicked me off the program and kept all the players i'd sent them.

There was a thread here about 888 affiliates and Israel-based affiliate programs in general; lately I'm noticing a lot of complaints or bad press about Swedish based/related gaming businesses - what gives? There's Unibet, there are the poker rooms at Microgaming (and I believe also one from Playtech), and I'm sure I'm missing one or two others. Just food for thought... an unexpected geographical region to expect business problems...

Did this actually happen? Here is a link to a Unibet press release of May 14 2012 stating affiliate tags would remain in place after the migration:

Mind you it only states 'Unibet' tags will remain in place rather than Bet24 tags.

Nothing happened. The player self excluded himself (based on what my partner told me) and after emailing the player several times and getting no replies we decided to forget about it. It is possible the player did not use our aff link - i cant prove either way - cause cant contact him.

It is all very easy, heh. I can say one thing.

Was working as Unibet´s affiliate long years with very reliable people there. This program was getting better and better and then started "focks" from behind.. Unprecedent cuttings of strong affs, cut offs of % comissions etc.

In the mid of 2011 after 5 years were my sub affiliates and comissions stolen ) What to say.. ))
I was doing business for this company ages before the one who approved thievery has come, heh.
Expect no reward for loyalty and hard work.

I think it is possible because of some changes in charge there, better times started for affiliates over past months.

What is good news for Unibet as company and affiliates of Unibet is that the backboneless scamstealer is not in da house anymore.

GFPC will not recieve his comission. It was just stolen.

Like my subaffiliates and comission from them was stolen. And before it from one day to another day drastically reduced.
Unibet used to be great till...................
