I am having the same problem. It says I haven't sent 5 players. But, I have sent way more then 5 players to Bet 365 in my history. I have been an affiliate for almost 10 years and have over $2,300 of earnings in my account. My account ID is "mvpcapper". Once I receive this payment, I will go back to pushing 365 a lot harder on my websites.

I am having a problem with requesting payment too. I've got my account and payment details updated with my correct address but when I generate the statement to send me a cheque, it always shows my OLD address so I can't complete the process - 'cos then it'd go to my old address!
Any way to fix the above?
ps. is there any chance in the future that we won't have to jump through these statement hoops? I don't have to do this with anyone other than bet365.

Never been paid. Partly due to me as I waited too long because the neg. carry over wiped out half of it.
I list this program as a service because it is not a money maker for me.
Just too much trouble to get the cash out, therefore not affiliate friendly.
Working on it to remove most of their space.
Anyone from Bet365 here to reply?

My username is fictionnet - as mentioned above, the problem is that whenever I generate a statement for payment, it for some reason always displays a previous address and not the correct address now held in the system.
James, my address is the correct address as shown in my account details (Thirsk Avenue).
The problem is that when I generate a cheque payment, it shows a different (previous) address.

Finance are sorting this out at the moment, I'll resume our email communication once we have the address changed.
With regard to your moneybookers question, we offer this as a withdrawal method for betting accounts, and we make rapid payments into betting accounts for affiliates that utilise this payment option. You can then request a moneybokkers payment which takes around 24 hours.
