Question anyone know whats going on with ewalletxpress?

    Hi,

EwalletXpress hasn't worked for few days (payouts/deposits). Live Help says its a technical issue and will be fixed soon. If you call, they say same thing. Someone i know was trying to do a merchant payout and was told Due to a legislative uncertainty as to whether or not facilitating payouts is permitted, as a result we are temporarily suspending payouts.

Has anyone heard any news about whether ewalletxpress is just having a technical issue, and will be resolved, or is this going to be another neteller issue?

I just had an issue with them too. They are saying that they are TEMPORARILY not taking deposits from merchants! they don't know when it will be resolved, but to be "patient"! omg. It totally sounds to me like something is up and they are being stopped somehow. I had just done a cash out at a site and then a transfer to my checking account a couple weeks ago and it went fine.....took forever (like 10 days) but got my money. Now that I've cashed out over $2000, the system falls apart. my luck.

also, the site I play on will do no other option in the interim, such as cut a check. Very frustrating.

Yeah, they are still saying it is temporarily unavailable - and not giving out much information as to why or when will be back. I am glad for you that you got your cashout when you did. Who knows how long it could of sat there. I am sure there are people who have money sitting in there account and can't get it out (sounds familiar). Hopefully its not another payment processor down the drain!

yeah, I did get my little cashout, but I've got a $2,000 cash out from 8/9 that still hasn't made it to my ewallet account. And the site I play on has no other option for me to get my money out. totally irritating.

I just got this message from the Host at one of the sites I play on (unfortunately NOT the site I have the $2,000 cash out sitting in....)

"We became aware of this issue earlier yesterday.

We are exerting a lot of pressure on eWalletXpress so they can accept payments from merchants and further transfer money back to bank accounts.

In the meantime we don't have any news from EWX. However, should this fail we are looking for effective alternative withdrawal methods for US players.

We will find a way to get your winnings to you, don't worry."

vegasfreak, Sorry i misunderstood, i thought you got your $2000. Sounds like ewx is going to be another neteller. Hopefully it doesn't take you a year to get your money! Sorry to hear about that.

The site you have your withdrawal on, they should and can come up with some other alternative ways to pay you.

They can walk down to there local Western Union or Moneygram Office or locations that provide that service OR open a business account.

They can cut you a Check, or do a Wiretransfer. Its not hard to do those things, and there is no excuse for sites not to provide further options.

Just because there are issues with ewalletxpress does not give gambling sites reason to not payout!

I would expect ewallet as a payment processor for everyone to atleast release a statement stating what is going on and what is the future.

You would think. However I have a check sitting here now that I know I"ll see made right .. the bank simply wouldn't have anything to do with it.

They gave me back a copy of the check so I couldn't even try taking it elsewhere ... pricks.

Worse yet is I still can't even find out who it was that sent me the check .. so not knowing whom to contact about the matter ... I lose.
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.

    Hi bb1web,

I just read your post, and i visited one of your sites at http://www.avoidnonpayingcasinos.com
to see what you had to say about non paying casinos. I browsed alittle.

I wanted to let you know, that after looking over your page. Your Superslots banner on the left hand side of page, is not linked.

    Something you should fix!

I just registered with eWalletExpress the end of last week. I verified my initial deposit today, and 2 merchants withdrew from my account today. Have had no problems. In fact, was amazed at how fast my 2 purchases were with eWalletExpress. If anyone is still having problems with them, I would suggest getting to the bottom of it with them. After all, you deserve to know, it's your money.

    Hi czarina,

Ewallet may not have an issue with you depositing money.. BUT, They have temporarily suspended payouts.
So, if you win where you are playing at and want to withdraw from the site to ewx you won't be able to. You will have to withdraw funds using a different option.

    Hi,

Sorry for any confusion in my prior post, however, as I was referring to the 1st post in this thread (deposits/payouts), I thought there was a problem with both. In any event, for anyone having problems, I sure hope eWalletExpress straightens it out asap. This is clearly unacceptable business practice, according to your posts. Take care.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago. Fortunately the check was a small amount around $50. I deposited it via the ATM and my local bank sent it back to me all marked up. Apparently back then it cost $30 and required filling out some paperwork. So they wanted to save me the $30.

Luckily my CU cashed it although the nearest branch is 40 minutes away.

I hardly get checks now but after that experience I always show the check to the teller at my local and ask if I can deposit it before even making a single mark on it.

Hi all, I just received an email from the Host at the casino I use. He let me know:

We have received news from EWX executives that they will start paying out withdrawals by next week.

He also let me know about Use My Wallet and told me it wouldn't be a bad idea to sign up with them (which I have already done, via an invite from the other casino I visit - where my $2000 in withdrawals are pending). But I just wanted to let you know the latest that I've heard. I must say, the Host at superior casino has kept me in the loop, without me having to email him at all. The only email I sent him was an initial one letting him know that ewallet had suspended pay outs, etc. He has since kept me notified of anything he has found out. very cool.

I hope everything gets back to normal with ewallet, however, I like the fees that Use My Wallet charges much better than ewallet! Anyone use them? Any problems/issues?

Hey all, I spoke to ewallet's live support, they confirmed they just had some temporary tech issues but all is back to normal now. I've requested a withdrawal with no problems. I'm so happy cause I've never had any problems getting my money with them.

My cash out also was finally processed to ewallet yesterday and I have requested a withdrawal to my checking. Seems all is OK now with them. yay!
