Anything wrong with Income access?

The title could have been also "Are operators taking affiliate money by some background software operations through affiliate programs?".

So far took bookmakers my earned money mostly the legal way - allowed by always changing T&C (e.g. Bwin) or by saying legally goodbye. One case of illegally unpaid commission resolved by the court (Vixcasino)...

I see a lots of bitching about William Hill, Sky Bet, Betfred... or Income Access, but what is the background of that bitching? Does any of you think or can even prove, there is a "secret tunel" in Income Access or any other affiliate program used to not to track players or leaving some % of "your" players without your aff id?

Skip them all, IA sucks and will suck forever..

There used to be an IA rep on here who was quite good, looked into a couple of queries I had and set my mind at rest at the time as much as was possible. Shame that nobody from IA seems to be on here any more as someone sitting in that position could do wonders for enhancing trust in the whole process.

When I see a casino or sportsbook, working or offering IA software, I just skip it. I do not have the nerve to fight and speak to them with : missing stats, deposits, players and what -so-ever.

They are one of the most dishonest players on the market.

I asked why some features are missing at some programs where others using income access have and they say they have to pay for it. software sounds expensive and not the worst but far from my favourite

The issues of IA are not imho intentional, but that does not make them smaller.

It is a crappy piece of software, that is going worse with every update. Which is pretty normal nowadays. Everything is getting complicated.

The real problem is when this **** software is combined with stupid AMs (most of them indeed are). Then there is a combination of non-tracking and AMs who are not able to see the problems and even less they are able to solve the problems.

I believe IA in theory can work ok, but 95% of AMs can not set it up correctly. So it is a piece of junk indeed. And all new gadgets just make it worse.
