WOW - really? Stats still look as confusing as ever to me!

I am sure we can have someone go though them with you if you like. Please let me know and I can have Robin help review the new system with you.

Robin has been very helpful and has done a good job in tough circumstances.

From my point of view, stats that are displayed today are the exact same as they were 8 months ago - I see very little difference. Further, its my opinion that they are intentionally confusing! I sent Robin an email today after seing this video, but she said she was getting ready to leave work for the weekend; so I reckon the issues weren't important enough and were put off until next week. :P

I sent them a sample month from last year >

Using June 10 as an example, I dont see how the Casino Player column can show 0, yet I see 26 in the Deposits cnt column, then $4147.00 for Deposits amt column, $252.00 for Comps amt column, $5904 for Bonus Amt column, then $6750.00 for Withdaws column ...

I was curious how do 0 players make 26 deposits? How do 0 players make $4100+ in deposits and get nearly $6000 in bonus and withdraw $6750?

Why is there no currently active player column? No historical player columns etc

Further there is no indicator that the affiliate is in the negative on the current months - there really needs to be one. The last several months the top level revenue column has shown a positive amount, but I havent received payment because they say Im still in the negative from a winner way back in May 2010 ... I guess I need to get those links down ASAP.

Considering all that I am totally confused how the video raves about how much the stats have improved - I dont see it; it comes across more like a paid promo than legitimate reporting.

FYI - a full week (to the minute) has past and I have not heard anything at all from Becky.

J Todd, like last year, you have failed to do any research before doing this video. Whilst some of the issues have been dealt with, they took far to long and they were not out there trying to help people as you said. It was basically a campaign of misinformation and ignoring the affiliates. There are also unanswered posts in their forum.

Just because some of the previously vocal affiliates are quiet now doesn't mean all is good, it just means we are moving on to other programs...

Like I said this wasn't anything but a promotional video for a program which has paid GPWA/APCW. The part where he says something about speaking on video proved they had integrity had me rolling on the floor!
