I was also wondering, how Partners.io will handle a case where a bitcasino affiliate account got in to negative balance of 8 btc (due to a big win) back at the days when the btc value was less than 10K and now it's 55K and the chances of closing this negative amount these days seems to be almost impossible?

Also, will you consider, offering a high roller quarantine policy like many programs are offering? so the affiliate will still be able to get his commission from passed & new players and avoid losing of this account income for maybe years to come.. ?

    Hello ocreditor,

    Thanks for your questions!

According to our T&Cs, all our affiliate accounts do have negative carryover. However, when any affiliates have generated a large amount of negative carryover, our decision depends on a number of different factors, and we view the situations on a case-by-case basis. We always want to give our affiliates a fair partnership, when it comes to it.

As for your second question, it is something we’re looking into! We are already paying our affiliates for all past and present players, as long as the account is open.

Hope this makes things clear! Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any other questions.

Thank you so much Sammy for your reply.

The main & only factor is that it is a single player that causing this mega massive negative and killing the account, will you consider him to be quarantined so the account will be profitable again?

I have to ocreditor that this player need to be quarantined as 480 000 $ is much of a negative carryover to clear.

We speak here of a serious affiliate and if I was on the place of sportsbet.io - the case and situation would have been cleared and the affiliate can start bringing new players.

Let's see what will happen here.

Thanks @ocreditor for sharing of your case.

Nice to see both the program and J.Todd forget to include full transparency...

    8. TERMINATION
    [...]
8.3. If the Affiliate account is inactive, we will terminate the account with the right to freeze the commission on the account. In this clause, "inactive" means where you have not registered new Real Money Players for one hundred and eighty (180) days or more. If your Affiliate Account is inactive, your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate.

Add that to the already known NCO, and the 20-30 % Admin rip-off Fee, this program looks like just another sucker program for MUGS.

Yea, you caught me. The night before this interview I read over all the Terms and Conditions. But when I found that one I knew we had to avoid discussing it. That way I can keep getting the kickbacks from the terminated accounts. That's money in my pocket.

    Hello @ocreditor & @drifter8,

As mentioned, any discussions about negative carryovers need to be done on an individual basis. We always want to keep an open-mind with our affiliates and not view any scenario from a strict yes-or-no perspective.

In case this comes from your personal experience with us, please do reach out with your affiliate username, and we’ll be happy to look into it and discuss this further!

Well I already did on February but got no reply... I'll be happy to try and do this again with hopes that this time we can find a solution together

@partnersammy - I just take side in the discussion.

I am not promoting your brand and do not have big conversions or exposures, it is just pretty interesting and confusing case.
Just quatantine the player and please do not speak like we jsut have dropped down from somewhere - 8 BTC negative balance is something which you cannot clear out for decades.

Also I have to agree with AussieDave, that this aff. program has pretty ba terms. Just as an example. bet365 are still paying commissions to accounts, which are not any longer promoting the brand and bringing new players.

I admire @ocreditor, who is having patience for 3 months now , and obviously just because he has written his case here , someone from this program replies.

Delaying something in time and pretending nothing has happened, does not mean the problem wil be solved.
