APCW Partner Video Feed Now Uses SSL

For many years the APCW has worked with affiliates and other partners to support embedding APCW videos on their sites. Until now the code used to embed videos used HTTP rather than HTTPS. This meant that if a site that embedded the APCW videos was converted from HTTP to HTTPS, visitors to the page on the site with the embedded video would receive warning messages because of insecure content being used on a secure web page. We have now fixed this issue, and directly support the use of HTTPS when embedding APCW videos.

APCW Webmaster Video Feed

As explained on the APCW Webmaster Video Feed page, in addition to helping to spread the word about APCW videos, if you include the videos on your site, the APCW will include a link to your site from the APCW partners page. It's an easy way to get an inbound link to your site from the well-established APCW gaming-industry site.

A special thanks to GPWA member elgoog for pointing out to us last week that the embed code should use HTTPS.
