GPWA Seal Reflects Webmaster Trustworthiness

We'll be doing the same thing again in the January 2026 issue.

So, if you would like to have a website of yours approved and featured in the upcoming magazine issue, now is the time to apply for the seal. In addition to featuring and linking to all approved portal sites within our portal site directory, we will also provide direct links to each newly approved website from within 2026 new approved portals article. These are good quality links from an SEO perspective.

If you are currently a certified or private member of the GPWA, the process is simple.

Log into the GPWA website and select “My Portal Sites” in the “My Account” section of the top navigation bar. For a portal site not yet associated with you, submit the new portal site form at the top of the page, indicating you would like the site to be considered for the seal. For a portal site already associated with you, but without a seal, press the “Apply for the GPWA Seal of Approval” button in the listing for the site to request the site to be considered for the seal.

If you are not yet a certified or private member, you must begin by submitting a certified or private member application form at
gpwa.org/certified-member-application/. In the “GPWA
Seal of Approval Request” section of the application form, note the sites you would like to be considered for the seal.

We'll do our best to process all private member application and seal off approval requests submitted in the month of November in time for your newly submitted portal sites to be processed in time to be listed in the new magazine issue.
