There are a few events in Macau each year. http://igamingasiacongress.com/ & http://www.g2easia.com/ but not very affiliate orientated.

I've not seen ANY affiliate conferences in the Southern Hemisphere in the last 10 years.

I've heard good reviews about gamma conference. Two previous years it was held in Asia, this year it'll be in Europe, and in 2018 in Asia again.
Also, AWA17 may be good. It will be in Thailand.
