Hi. I made two withdrawals from Atlantis Gold (each for $100 minus their CC fee) and received one after over 2 weeks. I have another one pending from the 28th of October. I can't get any response from them on it. I have sent several emails and have tried chat several times. Tonight I got on chat and was told that now my area is restricted from game play with their casino. Something is terribly fishy. When I asked about my withdrawal, the Rep dumped the chat and then the whole chat system was offline for me. Please help!! My log in is the same as it was before in a previous complaint with them. I would post the chat session but I did not receive the transcript.
