Can someone that actually has contact with DiamondDeal point them to this thread?

I have sent more test messages and they continue to fail.

The problem lies in THEIR mail server setup. The tools at DNS Stuff fail upon attempting to connect to the mail host, as the mail server is returning an Error 553.

[Could not connect: Got an unknown RCPT TO response: 553 Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed or chunk too large]
The email address I have listed above is taken DIRECTLY from the Terms and Conditions page.

PS: DiamondDeal, if you need some tech help with this issue, let a Senior Member know as quite a few of us here might be able to offer some consulting.

Default Email address for Diamond Deal Casino Affiliate Program.

Hi, regarding the email address for the Diamond Deal Affiliate Program, the right address is: eddy@diamonddeal.com or you can also send it to dugan@mainstreetgroup.com both of them will connect you with a representative of their program, I've tried this service before and they have a fast response for their affiliates or for any other matter.

    Thanks Antoine....

They should take the time to update that email account on the site.

It's good to hear from you they are responsive as I have heard that form other affiliates as well.

I do know at least one other affiliate that has sent an email to Eddy advising them of this thread.

It is starting to appear that signing affiliates is not all that important, and I am concerned that email accounts are bouncing....even email accounts that are listed directly on their website.

The fact that even though they have been made aware that the email account listed on their site bounce, that email account is STILL listed there.

The diamonddeal.com domain also has some dns entry errors (although I fully understand and support the STEALTH Nameserver records)

5 weeks have passed, and this group clearly does NOT care....

Two affiliates that actually get responses from the affiliate managers at DiamondDeal have requested that they contact me by email, private message here, or at least respond in this thread, non of which has taken place.

I guess it's fairly easy to understand why you don't see them advertised on many sites....

I am not a technical guru or anything, but I have my emails set up with a catchall account that would take care of problems like this. Wouldn't this be an easy fix, if they cared?

A catch-all email account can help solve minor issues such as senders spelling a name wrong.(providing the domain name is spelled correctly) If the email is bouncing due to a misconfigured email server then this would not help.

This email is not being misspelled incorectly, as I have copied it directly from their terms of service page on their website. If in fact this email account does not exist, then it should be created or the email listed on their site should be updated in order to allow prospective affiliates to contact them.

I do know that at least 2 other affiliates have written to the affiliate manager at a different email address and provided a link to this thread.

    Default MAinstreet affiliate prog email

Hi people, I read the reply to my post regarding mainstreetgroup's email for their affiliate program. I recently talked to their affiliate manager and he told me that dugan@mainstreet... was an alias for his address his account is dugan@vegascasinoonline.com where he is currently getting all inquiries for Main Street casinos. I can tell they are currently renewing the program, I was also told via email that they are preparing a newsletter for the month of June with their upcoming promotions, I've been with this program for a while, they start you up with 35%-40% from day one which is nice and like i said before their response is really quick, that's why i don't think they should get a black eye because of the problem with the account.

Well, I dropped those casinos quite some time ago. They had a minimum payout of $50. If you didn't make that in one month, it was carried over. BUT, if you make $45 one month and two hundred the next, they pay the $200 and don't bother to look at previous months. I went through the runaround with Eddie over this many times, and to this day still have not been paid what I owe. I even copied and pasted the info from my stats and sent it to him, but it did no good.

This is current from my stats (monthly earnings to date).

Consider this a fair warning to all.

If anyone has a good relationship with someone from these casinos, please point them to this thread. I could really use the money they still owe me.

    Honestly Antoine,

I have consulted with you on a number of occassions and I have actually carried properties based upon recommendations you or a select few others have made.

But when it comes to communication with affiliates, well that is just a whole different ballgame.

Yes, when YOU write to a manager and request assistance or creatives or a call back, most managers would be quite foolish not to respond to you, but for some really idiotic reason some affiliate managers just don't respond to a percentage of their emails.

Not only have I attempted to write to this group about a dozen times now, but I have written to NUMEROUS email accounts......and it's totaly and completely unacceptable that the only email address (that is quite hidden mind you) on their affiliate website bounces.

In addition to that, a few other affiliates have written and asked for Eddie or Dugan or someone to contact me since I have been having trouble reaching them.

Geez....half the reason I kept trying is because of what you and 1 or 2 others have told me about their conversions.

I do thank you for posting that other address as I have dropped a quickie email and pointed them to this thread in hopes that I can actually open a line of communication with them.
