Controversial new technology capable of collecting and storing emails and other information sent via computer in real time will be rolled out by the Australian Federal Police next year.

I don't really have a huge problem with it if it saves lives and prevents large crimes from happening.

But it is a bit scary to know that they will have access to all emails - what if the system gets hacked and suddenly everyone's personal emails are leaked.

Banking details, account and log in details with sites like eBay, Paypal etc..

For our industry: affiliate emails, password reminders.

I hope all of their servers are very secure, and that the people working for them are honest.

Our government is simply persuading public that internet gambling is evil and everyone who is involved is criminal. That is the point.

Just think two steps ahead please. Economy is changing, governments will collapse. We will see Bitcoineconomy and many idiotic wars against ghosts. There were people from bookies kidnapped in the USA by governemt even when they did nothing else than serving US customers.

Yes, we will be observed by big brother and I do not have a problem with it as well, since freedom is not for free and never was. I am just trying to point out that people do not understand that they can become THE CRIMINALS in one second.
