It was a great conference again. The last party was the best!

Before the party I went for a coffee with Maria. It is hard to find a place where you can just have a coffee! We ended up in a real German dancing place, only German music and full of old people.

Me and Maria went on the dance floor and had fun dancing between the old people.

I also saw Renee (at the party, not in the dancing place).I'm not sure if she still remembers. When I asked her if she recognized me, she said yes. But it was kind of weird.
Were you drunk Renee? Or was your head shaken up from the fall?

But they have to make sure we can also place orders under €7/person. Saturday we had to buy a water with our coffee, otherwise we could not order...

The party on the last night was probably one of the best I've been to and the conference itself was filled with new faces, a change of country was a great idea, some good business was done.

It was good to meet some new faces and catch up with the old ones, thanks again iGB.

Of course I recognised you. You asked me your name and I said Christiaan
I had a very strange conversation right before I spoke to you so I do apologise if I was a bit baffled. It was also right after I was fallen on.
I think I was completely sober at that point too.

I appreciate we are all getting on, but do we have to surround ourselves with old farts?
You're only as old as the man you feel right? So I want to be feeling 20 year old men

Agreed. As far as parties go, it was definitely one I'll never forget.

The only iGB party that tops it IMO was the one in Barcelona that was at a big concrete house where everyone chilled out on the grass in the backyard. It was awesome because you could actually talk to people outside, and if you wanted to dance or be in the music you could go inside where it was really loud and you couldn't hear anyone.

    Great job iGB.

Great conference indeed! I had a great time in Berlin, actually too great: 6-8 hours walking daytime + the same amount at parties at night and now my my feet is swollen and having a really hard time getting in to the office and basically every colleague is laughing at me how old I am... But cheers for the old and new friends again!

    Was that your first conference?

My colleague said that it was pretty empty (only 33 stands?) compared to London Affiliate Conference.

No, Actually Amsterdam was my first conference but this was the first fully booked. London is obviously bigger. And now the gambling and financial part was not separated, so you had to get rid of a binary salesman convincing you to change niche in every corner.

Thanks for your helpful answer, never thought about an ingenious method like this. Or maybe I will dress as hostess.

This time was the first time I didn't get attacked that much by the binary guys. For me it felt good not being asked about binary every 5 minutes.

Did the organisation tell them to be less aggressive? Or do they remember that I said no on all previous conferences?

I told them to tone it down.

True. Amsterdam was a bit more relax when I put my badge into my pocket, but kind of sad that some people even interrupt you when you're eating with other people and/or in a conversation with other people. To me that is kind of unpolite and a lack of education. I do understand everybody has to do their job over there, but some politeness should be ok.
