As some of you know, for the last 2 months, I have been preparing a 50 years wedding anniversary for my parents who live in South America.
It has been a great experience to organize such a big event by dealing with a different culture and customs. I am now back and apologize to some of our clients for the delays with their orders/requests.

It was actually a bit complicated :). 99% of the guest were people aged 50 and over so I had to be in the kitchen most of the time to supervise the dishes as some of them have a health condition. The other complicated part was to make sure that whole event had a good balance between the music played and alcohol being served. Some people will feel offended if a bottle of wine was on the table :)
Finally is over and happy that whole event went well and everyone was happy!
