Banner exchange. Please advice ...

Please tell me the following make sence or it is just advertising ?
If it is good idea, could you recomend good banner exchange site.

exchanges on your site, but you are missing out if you do!

It actually makes a lot of sence, as long as you don´t expect to much from
the bannerexchange.

I just bought a 10K testpackage and signed up for a new bannerexchange
program at http://www.ebannertraffic.com

And as I don´t know if they´re any good it´s actually going to be a doubble test.

Clickthrough rates on banners have been low for some time - I get about
0,4% clickthroughs on the current banner.
