Barney Frank speaks on study bill vs. IGREA

Barney Franks says he still supports a bill to study the effects of regulating the Internet gambling industry put forward by Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-Nev.), but he doesn't see much point in it.

"Studies don't do much," said Frank, who is chairman of the House Financial Services Committee.
"What's to study? Whether or not I should be able to make my own bet with my own money?"
