Shane asked me to post this great news on his behalf --
Those who have yet to sign up have one last chance for the spoils!

    To Register:
    1. Download RiverBelle, then register a real money account. The download does not need to be from a specific tracking code. For convenience, you may click here for direct download.
    2. Register a real money account (no deposit required).
    3. Connect, then go to games lobby. (Note: You will be prompted to buy credits. You can do that if you'd like but it is not required for the tournament.)
    4. Click on the plus sign next to "Tournaments" in the games listing to expand the selection options, then click the plus sign next to "Slots" to expand the options further.
    5. Select scheduled and find a free tournament that is Open for registration. Then join any tournament. After attempting to join you will be prompted to create a slots alias.
    6. Once you have created the slot alias, email your a) GPWA nickname, b) RiverBelle real account number, and c) your RiverBelle slot alias to forumbattle@gpwa.org with the subject line "GPWA Warrior for Battle of the Forums".

Then step 7 on Thursday: Spin until you've won your share!

We have managed to do the near impossible and that is allow registration for the ReferBack $5,000 Battle Of The Forums slot tournament for one more day!!!

That means today is your last chance to enter... and the winnings are great for playing for free in two 5 minutes slot tournamnets!!!

    Good Luck!!!

    Shane

PS: the final list is submitted tomorrow (Thursday) at 8am (GMT+1) / 3am (EDT/gmt-4)

I maybe taking this a little too seriously, but have practiced lots and am getting good now.

If my frantic clicking finger doesn't ache too much on thursday I will definately be in for the battle !

Send me details for the GPWA Battle Guide!

To ensure that GPWA claims victory in the upcoming battle I'll be sending advice to the warriors on our side of the field. For folks who have practiced and reviewed the slots, send me your comments on the play and scoring of Tomb Raider and Thunderstruck tournaments and I'll summarize this for the group.

And if you haven't done one of the practice tournaments, go ahead and do a quick run before the big one -- you might end up with a few extra bucks or a ticket to the $20k freeroll like MrKay!

I wish that were true ! Unfortunately this was a feeder tournament so I only won a ticket to a weekender worth $20.

But it still felt good all the same

I dont even know how to play so I hope it isn't too hard, What is the strategy, just hitting the button fast?

How do you bet and what not?

Any advice would greatly be appreciate as I am not a big slot player at all.

Think it's the ones who collect the most winnings.

I just won a ticket to the $20k weekender!

Looking forward to the battle tonight - bring it on!

As of 20 minutes ago, with just over 2.5 hours to go, the tournament was not showing up in my software.

I was actually in chat with live support and since Shane was out of the office, they called him to be sure he was aware of it.

He was to be stopping by the office later so hopefully all will be fine for the event.

It is based upon the WIN AMOUNT and doesn't matter if you use all your coins or not!

The tournament was supposed to show up in the registration system about 15 minutes ago. I am currently speaking with a RiverBelle customer support rep because it is not showing up for me, and I will provide details once the conversation is completed.
