Being Asked "Whats Your Requested CPA rate"

I am slowly getting into BO. More of a test to see where I can take a niche site from nothing to the SERPS. Since my main sports betting site has been what I have been working on for years and cut my teeth online, I want to see what I can do with the knowledge and experience I have gained in other niche.

Anyway, I am talking with one platform and I am being asked what CPA rate I would like. I have no idea what the typical rate is or how to answer this. Does $150 sound reasonable. Should I try higher?

Hi I have recently launched a new site: financial-trading.org and somebody contacted me and offerd a CPA of 300$. I do not know if it is ok but I will try to bring more traffic to the site and then take the deal.

Hey! My other half has a binary option site, and he gets offered CPA up to $700 dollars from some! Although beware, just because they give good CPA doesn't mean their brand is any good.

generally I would say rates start at $250/$300 and you can get a little more if you put them on the front page: $400/$500.

I'm an affiliate and have a number of sites in the field.

I have personal relationships with quite a few brokers and can give you advice on which brokers you should work with and who are pure scams (you'll be surprised how many skim on CPA and simply don't pay).

You are missing of several brands here... such as

Winoptions, EZtrader and Cedar Finance have reputations of being scammers (just run a google scam search on them). Regardless of whether or not you'll get paid, you do not want to be affiliated to them since they have such a notoriously bad rep.
BDB is ok but have lost around 70% of their traffic because of their USA debacle.
I'm not too familiar with Zoomtrader and IKKO trader, so can't say too much about them.

Now most of the affiliate programms have a commision plan that makes you start with a lower CPA and grow up

$150 is low I think. At the AAC many binary affiliate managers were offering $ 300... so I guess $ 400 or $ 500 should be possible. Perhaps even more.
