I've recently started a website for Nigeria - does anyone have any experience working in that region? I know the player value is rather low, however betting seems to be incredibly popular when looking at the overall people/involved in sports betting ratio.

Sweden now is the worst place to be. Highly regulated with max deposit cap and with enormous SERP competition. Please look other way )

I am also looking at getting into the Nigerian market, but also am not sure where is best to start. How have you been getting on? Is there any particular brands you would recommend (or just as importantly suggest I avoid?). Thank You

RE Other peoples comments about SE Asia, specifically Thailand, gambling is banned in Thailand, it is a grey area as they do have a state lottery, but Casinos are underground only and regularly raided. There is no such thing as bookmakers. Getting payments from anyone in Thailand I would suggest will be incredibly hard, as well as being illegal (for them anyway).

The UK is great but a minefield ... Nordics are similar ... Canada is excellent!

I think over the past several years the UK has gone from the best to one of the worst. I've only recently just started testing out other markets. Although nothing seems to compare to the UK pre 2016.

Also think so. Moreover, I heard there are low deposits from the South Africa.

    Greetings!

At the moment I'm testing Australia and New Zealand. Competition there is not that fierce like in the UK (I agree with the post above, that atm the UK is one of the worst).

I would say that Germany, Polanda and Czech republic are decent markets from my experience.

    Hello.
    I'm Japanese.
Pachinko, one of Japan's forms of gambling, is on the decline throughout the industry.
Simply because it has become boring and unwinnable.
I expect that the number of users of online casinos, which are still practically legal in Japan, will grow.
I believe that people will flow from the pachinko industry to online casinos.

In my opinion, these countries were the UK, Sweden (but, considering the new regulations sports betting affiliate has definitely become harder; is not possible through PPC anymore) and Germany are considered to be the best to target when doing casino affiliate. One more countre is Japan

I've seen him on this Youtube video.
He must be a friend of Nigerian Prince that has sent me an email regarding some money ready to be received from The Rock - Dwayne Johnson.

As an affiliate with a focus on providing transparency to emerging markets i would definitely focus on english speaking african markets, eg. Kenya & Nigeria. You will face lots of problems, for sure but there is a lot work to be made there. As those are not attractive markets for most affiliates focus on europe due to the huge differences in players LTV, i do think those market do represent (maybe exactly because of that) a good opportunity.

As far as i understand sportsbook is the way to go. Considering sites speed & accesibility are a must.

In regard to operators, there are a handful, being Betway the main one i think. Markets instability is also a factor to mix in you considerations.

So, trend if for regulation (mainly for taxing purposes) but i think that in this day and age any market will represent a challenge for affiliates in that regard, what happened in Austrialia might well happend and it is happening in other countries, as there is a big regulatory push, for good and ill.

So just check for opportunities, and toss you coin (again)! Good luck!

    Hi,
First UK, Second China and Japan. Japan is still small markets, but they are developing, so I recommend them.
