Will you be exploring getting licensed in any of the countries that have a currently regulated market?

Do you have a large amount of liquid capital to cover customer service etc?

Do you already have all your own games and gaming software?

If you do not have your own games, have you discussed with any of the major software providers their royalty fees and % structures?

Do you already have your own affiliate program backend software built?

If you do not have your own affiliate program software built, have you talked to any of the affiliate program software developers yet?

Have you discussed with any other providers running a white Label?

Obviously the higher percentage you offer the more attractive it is to many affiliates, but the % alone is not the only concern, but if you fall below a 25%-40% range, a larger list of affiliates will be hesitant to consider your offering.
