Thank you for this. I see you are from MyAffiliates in your profile. Maybe you could take a look at the set up generally at the new RevenueNetwork MyAffiliates software because as you have read there have been more than a few rumblings about the traffic stats since the migration.

I like you here, if we can not communicate otherwise. What you said it is not correct actually. Even the IP of affiliate manager was blocked. There are some other filters than this one that you just described. My case is resolved - so far. Roughly 50% of my traffic from February to June was lost.

A Horrible Rollout from Betting Partners to Revenue Network

I have not been able to log in to my account for many months. Like many people on this thread, the changeover from Betting Partners (Best Partners) to Revenue Network came as a surprise. Not only a surprise, but also one of the sloppiest handovers I've ever experienced as an affiliate, and I've been doing this work for almost 15 years.

    The Instructions Don't Work

I followed their simple instructions for logging in to the new affiliate portal. The instructions said to simply use the same username ans password that I used for Betting Partners. It said that once I'm logged in, I would be prompted to change my password.

Well, like so many other people on this thread, when I followed the instructions, NOTHING HAPPENED! I was not granted access to the site. I was instead greeted with a message saying that the username and password do not match up. I tried the "lost password and username" link, but it would not send an email confirmation. I tried a few different email addresses that I use (just in case), but nothing worked. No matter which email address I used, I never received a response. I was locked out of my account.

    Support is Absent

So I sent an email to support. Nothing. I sent another email and then another, and also to multiple other email addresses related to both Revenue Network and Betting Partners. Again, nothing!

At the time, the Betting Partners site was still accessible, so I logged into my affiliate account there, and from within my affiliate account, I sent a communication (sometimes called a trouble ticket) to the affiliate managers at Betting Partners letting them know that I cannot access the new site at all, asking for some guidance... again, NO RESPONSE. Betting Partners used to be great for communications. But I guess since they were switching platforms, they washed their hands of any affiliate service. The lights were on, but nobody was home.

No Stats, No Marketing Materials, nor Commission Payouts for Many Months

This process continued over many months. I was not able to access my stats nor request my commissions. No one ever replied to any of my emails. When the Betting Partners site finally went offline, all of their links and banners on my site were broken. And they still are. Since I can't access the Revenue Network site, I can't get the new marketing links. And they're not getting the traffic and potential new players.

But Hold On a Second... A Breakthrough!

Over the past couple days, I have spent hours and hours digging up information that could help unravel this major problem. I was starting to think that I'd been ripped off and even called my attorney to give him a head-up that legal action may be required. Even though I had been reading a lot of the casino affiliate message boards, it wasn't until recently that I noticed people posting the same problems that I have been encountering.

I read a post stating that the Revenue Network site has 2 separate logins: one for the affiliate site (marketing and stats), and a different one for the cashier. Like most others in this predicament, I did not know that. So, I went to the cashier login and clicked the "lost password" link. Surprisingly, I was sent an email with instructions for changing my password. I followed the instructions, and went back to the cashier login page, where it required my email address and the new password. I typed them in, and ... what do you know!? I successfully gained access to my cashier account! In it was a lump sum for all the commissions that I hadn't been paid in months. I was able to request a bitcoin withdrawal, which I received today. So, progress was made. However....

    ...Another Major Setback...

When I tried to use my cashier login credentials to access the stats/marketing side of the site, I was denied access. Instead of requiring my email address to log in, as the cashier does, the stats/marketing site requires a username. I tried my old Betting Partners username. No access. When I click the link to reset my username, I never receive an email response. Same problem as before. I'm locked out.

I have even read here and on other message boards that if you add BP_ (or bp_) in front of your old username, or _BP (or _bp) at the end, that it'll get you in. But I have tried those things and nothing works.

Obviously, I'd like to be able to log in to the affiliate site, so that I can check my stats, but more importantly to get the new links and banners to update my site. Over the years, thousands of players have signed up to Betting Partners brands via my web site and promotions. Now, if someone visits my site and clicks a Bovada or Bodog link, they get sent to an error page. I would think that the managers at Revenue Network would want that traffic and business! I've been doing this a long time and I'm good at it. The least Betting Partners/Revenue Network can do is be good at it from their end.

Is There Anyone Who Can Give Assistance and Answers!?

I don't know what else to do. One one hand, I'm happy to have gotten my commissions paid out (more on that in a separate thread). On the other hand, what the hell are we loyal affiliates supposed to do when the management is dropping the ball so badly?

Come on, Revenue Network. You can do better than this!

There is no other fix for the access to the "stats" part than ask them to change the password manually over email. I will PM you. Awesome username.

If I was running their program, I'd at least redirect such traffic to a working page to generate more signups.

I only found this out when they charged me 3% for a payout and I queried it. There was no explanation before then. They told me there is no way out for affiliates from these rules. This is very stupid and short-sighted. I have reduced their coverage. They had to start losing the plot at some point after their founder left and it is happening.
    Need some clarification.

Are we talking about 5Dimes or Revenue Network here?

Yes, this was very confusing and I thought this was new affiliate fee policy for Revenue Network!

I still do not believe the Bovada sign-up numbers. Something fishy with their stats. I just don't think all sign-ups are reflected in the stats. I also see the Bovada pages are back to being insecure with a warning for insecure images. I used to rate these people as the very best - now they seem like one of the worst the way support has fallen apart, revenuenetwork stats are untrustworthy and the actual website is not secure https. That last point alone will put plenty of players off from even signing up. https with warnings is not a good look.

Did the Stats with Revenue Network ever get resolved? Mine has been strange ever since, it migrated over. Is there any way to test it?

    Thanks,

Apparently it is resolved. The problem since the changeover is there has been covid and the suspension of sport and general economic hardship. Also algo change happened in there too. So that would all muddy the waters for the stats. Since I last posted complaining of a lack of sign-ups, things have improved with many more sign-ups. I guess because of lead up to NFL. So I think maybe their tracking is ok.

A few affiliates I know of have been pestering RN to fix the insecure images that cause the HTTPS warning. It is mind boggling to me that they do not see the need to fix such things. I guarantee it costs money and it is something I had an intern with zero knowledge fix on one of our websites in the past... in other words, it is trivial to fix.

With regard to stats, be sure to check your trackers. They have systematically shut down the old pre-RN links, even though some were still functional for many months after the supposed deadline.

Also, we have seen that some of our deep links on Bovada have been reverted back to the homepage. This likely took place because of their last website update. However, I have heard from other affiliates that not all of the redirects from deep links to homepage were done correctly. In fact, I heard another case of it recently and thus, we intend to audit all our RN links shortly to be sure we have no leaks!
