It's tough, because on the USA side most of the sports betting sites double up as something else.. unlike, Casino or no US which tend to be soccer.. Sports book review is a good site but a lot of the info there is now outdated

Without defining "the best" or putting it into context it's hard to say. Do you mean most profitable, best designed, highest ranking, best product, best value to user, most sustainable, best direction etc..

Apart from this, I think OddsChecker is the going to top most rankings of the best in the above contexts.

In the US, SBR have a great product but there are more "bridge page" type affiliates that rank higher due to having "the best SEO".
