I am promoting a asian sportsbook that is giving me reviews in English, Mandarin and another language. The entire site isn't being translated, it is just 3 translated versions of the review. Any suggestions on how to use these?

Hire someone who is proficient in all of the above languages and knows the subject matter to do all of your review conversions? It's a tall order and good luck finding it, but that would seem to be the ultimate solution...
I am not asking about getting the reviews translated. Our affiliate manager is having unique reviews written in each of the languages that they cater to.
I am asking how should I promote them on the site? Here is a more detailed question to help clarify:
Should I simply post them each separately on the site?
Should I have tabs on the review page for each of the languages?
Should I make a subdomain for the two non-English reviews.
Or is there a better way?
Could you give an example?
You have domain xxxxx.com which promotes this sportsbook brand in English? And you want to put on the same site review in other languages? That's not gonna work pretty well. You should do xxxxx.com/jp/ but this version has to consist of many pages, not only one review...

Yeah, what you said is exactly what I am worried about.
There are other affiliates that this sportsbook works where they gave three translated reviews. I will have to see them for examples. I remember my partner telling me some of the bigger sports forums have done this with this sportsbooks. I will have to ask him who they are and take a look as an example.
My only other thought would be to so something like jp.xxxxx.com, but that would also consist of just one page.
Thanks for the response, I was afraid that this wouldn't work very well. But I will have to try something, and maybe I will stumble upon a way that works, lol.
Why wouldn't you simply change the review name to cater for the language?
They can all safely remain in the same directory location.
eg :
asian-sportsbook-review-english.html
asian-sportsbook-review-manderin.html
asian-sportsbook-review-japanese.html
Why would you make a subdomain or subdirectory?
What possible benefit do you see from complicating things?
I'd try to rank each individual page in each language.
