BestPay Partners and his brands
Now i believe it's time to talk about BestPay Partners and it's represented brands.
Here is my own little history and my experience with.
It goes around 21Grand Casino and 2 withdrawals in sum of €1.700 (without any bonuses)
1. Made the first cashout over €1.000 (limited)
2. After 24h made the second one for €700 but not possible (system said limited with Neteller) tried several times and after 9 days it was possible to make the second one
3. After the first contact and Live-Chat there was no more chat available
4. They requested documents via e-mail and got it, with response and confirmation that all is okay (it has taken 2 days to get any response of my mails)
5. Send second mail, got auto reply and then a response that the cashouts will make shortly
6. After a few days i asked for my withdrawal but no answer
7. Waiting for another few days and asked again, no answer
Stated on their website that a withdrawal process can take 15-18 business days.
There is all written and explained well and it's conveys the customer firstly a good impression and feeling but this is a fallacy.
This is now the 17th business day i'm waiting. I mean they want kidding their customers? There were enough payment problems and others in the past about Rival casinos we don't need again.
Is this in the sence of Rival to give a licence to companies where treating customers bad or having customer unfriendly terms?
These two facts alone: not answering e-mails, live chat blocking (although they see who's coming in) and let customers waiting many many days for withdrawals are a NoGo in this industry and shows only one thing. They want kidding their customers, their capital!
I like to ask you John or any other responsible persons on BestPay Partners, are you really convinced to market these casinos and to recommend?
I mean who should promote these casinos ?
The players, your and our customers our all earnings and your casinos brands will treat these customers bad and kidding?
If a player will treat bad he will never come back. Those casinos will get always a bad reputation and you as marketing company will become not better if you promote and recommend.
Where's your honor gone by supporting these brands? And tell me not you have nothing to do with because they are operating for them self.
I like rival software but i'm extremely pissed of like 21Grand Casino.
21Grand Casino haven't paid second withdrawal
Now i will create shortly my final report about BestPay Partners and his brand 21Grand Casino because they haven't paid my second withdrawal until now. (waiting 21 business days)
I guess that they will not be amused about my bad report. But bad experiences needs bad and critical reports and no recommendation. Everyone should be aware.

sorry it has taken a bit longer to post my final report.
How i already wrote, the brand from BestPay Partners 21Grand Casino hasn’t paid my second withdrawal.
I guess they apply the following clause:

5.1. All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/GBP/AUS or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is approved, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed 'Non-Withdrawable' and are cleared from the player's balance.
Interesting that the second cashout still showing reversible and on processing.
But it doesn’t matter whether they have this clause, this is an immoral and unethical term, It’s a NoGo and only aims to kidding their players.
Of course you could say, these are their terms and you had the chance to read.
But this would be too easy to say.
This term and others (following) shows exactly their intention - to make money equal on which way.

This term shows you that they have no interest to pay their customers in an acceptable and timely manner. This term only serves to that customers have no patience to wait and make it again reversible.
It shows clearly how they want to work and they have no interest to comment because they know exactly why.
Dear colleagues and friends,
in the interest of your players i recommend you to stay away from BestPay Partners (Rome Partners) and it's brands.
If you promote them and their rogue casinos you will also muck your possible players.
You can believe that i really hate to write a negative post but sometimes it's needed.
Based on my own experience i will never have a partnership with.
The players are our all earnings and we should ensure, take care and have also the responsibility that we send only to casinos where having player friendly and acceptable terms & conditions.
I can't see those terms on their represented brands.
Adressed is also GPWA and the responsible guys - Why you given those partner the chance to be a sponsor and give them the possibillity to advertise with GPWA Logo ?
This suggest your members and readers that this partner is good but that isn't the case.
You must also have a look behind those companies and what their intention is.
I mean money can’t be all to list a partner.
Only if you come around and would say, sorry your casinos have very bad terms we can't list you, then the casinos or the partners would think about to change their terms.
This also adressed to software provider Rival and their reputation not to give a licence to companies where are treating players bad or having unacceptable terms, main thing we get our license fee.
The problems were enough with Rival in the past.
We should give such businesses no room to **** any person.
This is my own meaning and i hope that i will stay not alone with.
At least we warn our readers and members on our german platform in front of these casinos.
You guys should do the same if you have a suitable platform.
