bet365 affiliate payments

If any AM can assist please in having invoice paid would be appreciated. Sent it in and contacted AM but have yet to receive payment or a reply.

any chance Bet365 can look at doing payments without having to print an invoice off and signing it then scanning it then emailing it. My printer is knackered and Im sure my AM is going to getting annoyed soon
