Bet365 affiliate program requirement? What does it take?

I received a email finally from bet365 and we were not approved as we have the 'offshore' guys all over our website .They said when we get our Ontario regulated site up they will take a look at our application and asked us to use the email connected to the new website on my next application. Not sure if that answers it for others but makes sense to us I suppose.
