    Hi,

    Thank you for your email.

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

I have again asked the management team to review your account and the decision to withhold payment stands due to the breach in terms and conditions.

The management team will not be discussing this any further.

    Kind regards,
    Lyndsay

I guess the questions to ask are, how many depositing signups did you get in total, what was your website, what part of the world were you targetting?

It sounds like your players were all deemed to be arbitrage bettors.
    Either that or spam-related?
