Just received the following from Bet365. I am highlighting a "strict" requirement.

You will all be fully versed on the changing regulation in Ontario for the forthcoming launch of internet gaming (igaming) on 4^th April 2022.


We are keen to involve our key partners from the outset, and are keen to ensure you are all eager to continue working with us.


A key element of this process is that you will need to confirm that from 4 April you will only be promoting iGaming Ontario licensed operators in Ontario (and the rest of Canada – if you are unable to Geo ring fence).

Please could you reply to this email by 7^th March 2022 to confirm that you would like to continue to promote bet365 in Ontario and that from 4^th April 2022 you will not promote any operator that is not licensed by iGaming Ontario in Ontario and/or on sites visible in Canada.

Ontario has some serious movement - apparently needing written notice from potential players in order to show bonuses. Must be part of a big responsible gambling push

From what I have read, it looks like Alberta is next?!
