    I got paid today, sent invoice in and within a hour the funds were in my betting account, and now on there way to my bank.

    They will pay everyone, just keep at it.

    Great that you have been paid , can you tell me on which phase are you at the moment:
    1)Have you received email for stop promoting bet365 and to remove all promo materials from your websites?
    2)Have you answered that email and have you removed the promo materials?
    3)Have you received new new reply on your confirmation email?

    Yes all 3. And if number 3 is included they say that they are stopping the links on there side so that unwanted traffic wont be filtered through.

    Obviously, they are lying to people and there is a big scenario behind the scenes. It is not about us - the affiliates, it is something very big and obscure. I saw their people in Sigma2017 and they could not look into people's eyes. This explained all.
    They kept saying: " Wait for the mail"....

    Yes, but i called her at the phone and she asked me to check again if i removed everything, i said that i will check but i'm sure that is everything removed, as i had just one ad campaign for popunder and the banners from my site.
    They should understand how the cache of browser work, she told me that we will se next days how the stats are going, but there will be no changes in just few days, this will be in decreasing in months, is nothing that i can do, i explained her that the cache of tousands of users from all the world is not cleared so fast, so, will take time to update and is nothing that i can do.
    She told me that my case is different because of media buying and we will see next days. I told her that every user that used pop unders have for sure the same issue, and as they promised the links will be anyway deactivated.

    When will they disable the tracking of the old links?
    Can they understand that for an affiliate that has advertised since 2007 in the internet , it is possible to have somewhere a link.
    Without disabling all trackers , there always will be some activity!

    Ok, let's edit everything here. Bet365 were always honest and I am sure they will be until the end. The clicks have half-life like 2 months, but there will be always some residuum. The larger the affiliate, the larger the residuum.

    Can you still see the clicks column in the stats page? I got the email where they told me that clicks will not show at all, but the clicks still there. Maybe the clicks column will be deleted starting with the next month.

    Regarding to 2), can anyone confirm me that answer should be sent simply as reply to 365.Affiliate-SupportMailbox email address (the same one from which we received previous email "1)"? I just hit reply with formal confirmation for the terms they request - that was 5 days ago. Did I sent it on wrong email address, or I just should wait for their confirmation until? How long you waited for their final confirmation?

    I'm worried because deadline is 5th January.

    I replied by sending an email to (365.Affiliate-SupportMailbox@bet365.com) on December 14th.
    On December 21, I received the following email:

    Hello,
    Thank you for confirming that you accept the terms below and have removed all bet365 promotion and exposure from all of your website(s) and marketing channels, we continue to appreciate that this has not been an easy transition.
    In the interests of transparency, based on the confirmation we have received from you there will be some changes to the account infrastructure this week.
    Firstly, and most importantly, we will be giving you access to your account in order for you to be able to withdraw your commissions.
    Access will remain open permanently in order for you to continue to withdraw each month.
    The creative section will no longer be visible, and all creative served by bet365 will therefore result in a blank space for any remaining live ad units, including promotional text content.
    Some affiliates have raised concerns about clicks from old links and creative, and as such we have disabled the tracking which means that clicks will not show at all (and therefore won’t impact ongoing payments).
    As a result, moving forward there will not be any tracking functionality, which shouldn’t cause any issues given all promotion has been removed for now.
    The above changes are being finalised as we speak, and once complete (aiming for this week as mentioned) we will confirm so that you are able to commence monthly withdrawals.
    As previously mentioned, if or when we are in a position to enable you to promote bet365 again in the future, we will of course be in touch and would hope that at that time you would be willing to work with us again.

    I get the same, but that's normal. For years I've been handing out excel sheets with calculators and bet365 links. One can't simply ask for those back

    Just wondering if anyone cant see their tracking stats for the 24th and 25th of this month? It just jumped from 23rd to 26th for some reason.

    Does anyone have the same problem?
