    This is worthless, who ever buys this will have an instant legal notice from bet-at-home. Why haven't you send them an offer to buy the site?

    Agree.

    Just contact BAH directly if they are interested in buying from you.

    If not, you risk they could hit you with cease and deceased notice from their legal department.

    Maybe you seek legal advice if this is possible or what are your chances if they do this.

    Why would the brand want to spend extra cash on something they already own and can acquire for free with a simple cease and desist letter? They wont bother until you start making something out of it. Then one day you get a msg from either their lawyer company or them.
