I have an adress that I got from my Affiliate manager that I send my invoices to. But this is within directly with betclic. You just have to try to contact them to sort it out.

    Good Luck

i've had a dreadful time with betclic. they werent making payments and when i queried it they said i hadnt filled the payment details in correctly, they were all spot on. It turned out I had been given the french national form instead of the UK. thought I had sorted it then, wrong. Now the trouble I mainly have is the only email address you are given (the one on the tradedoubler/betclic affiliate site) NEVER gets responded to. So I had to track an email address to get that sorted. the next month came and on payment day it flashed up saying my bank details were wrong. Betclic kept blaming tradedoubler and tradedoubler said it was nothing to do with them. took 2 days to get hold of someone at tradedoubler who even knew about the betclic thing. He got onto the person I was dealing with and at the same time i got an email from this person at Betclic saying I should use capital letters with my bank code. FFS, what difference did that make. I still never did find out why they NEVER answer emails at the ONLY address they give out

It is sad that the wagers are not getting their profit on time. This is due to the bad and careless working of the wager profits person. But then also some sites provide easy payments and they also provide online help any time and any where. So the wager can get any kind of help from those sites.

Betclic used to be great, both for players and affiliates, they're now one of the worst

We've tried repeatedly to get a responce from BetClic both as a player (reviewer) contacting CS and an affiliate contacting them about a player complaint. This group are completely unresponsive and as such should be avoided.
