    Default Betfair New Customer Condition

    Hi Guys

    Betfair's Condition
5.9 Betfair has the right to reduce the revenue share of affiliates, or to terminate this Agreement and remove such affiliates, who do not deliver at least one new Customer in a given calendar month

Now is it me or is that a bit vague..
Do they class a customer as a newly registered member or a depositing member ( it doesnt specify exactly )

Sounds like a depositing customer. With this term they can steal a loaded player base if for some reason you do not send them one ftd in a certain month.

This condition sounds very ify to me. It can be interpreted in a couple of ways.

    (a) Betfair has the right to reduce the revenue share of affiliates whenever they wish for any reason

    OR

    (b) Betfair has the right to reduce the revenue share of affiliates IF the affiliate doesn't deliver at least one new Customer in a given calendar month

Either way, I wouldn't work with Betfair if they were the last sponsor out there.

There is even more intentional confusion e.g. new depositing vs new active customer. Some programs also count as NDP only a player who deposits above some sum of money (sometimes within some time), this is GVC for example.

I got this "new customer activity" by Tipico, where it was nowhere defined. They closed my account, while I had enough new active customers and not new depositing customers.

You all read it wrong and it is actually pretty annoying to read it here again and again. It is obvious they are making some ad hoc rules. Those rules make no sense, even to them, but that is really not important. The rules exist just for the case that they will do whatever they want and whenever they want. Just it will all look very complicated, which is what they want. In the end the effect is the same as "we can change or terminate the deal whenever we want as we like", but it does not look so obvious.

Take analogy at 1xbet sportsbook, where they simply do not want to pay certain players but come with incredible things like mental health certificates. And people are truly stupid, because they waste time with such a nonsense.

No affiliate has any control over the new depositors that they bring in for any casino operators and how many they bring in each month. This shouldn’t be held against affiliates and It's totally unfair to enforce these quotas on anyone.
