Adding that I also got a reply from my previous manager that is no longer working at Betfair and he as well says he dont know anyone... how is this possible I dont know

Have had difficulty with this program for a couple years now. They never reply and when I finally did get a reply the response was brutal and issue never resolved. So many other better programs out there.
