    Default BetFashionTV Performing Negative SEO

Yep, you read that right. Curacao based BetFashionTV Casino is apparently targeting both CasinoMeister and ThePogg with negative seo attacks. With the sole purpose to remove their rogue/blacklist pages from google.

Further information on this can be read here:

    https://www.casinomeister.com/casino.../betfashiontv/
    https://thepogg.com/bet-fashiontv-bu...ritical-sites/

Having also been on the receiving end of a Negative SEO attack I have also blacklisted them here:

    https://www.onlinecasinoreviewer.com...betfashion-tv/

I notice several affiliate sites currently promoting BetFashionTV - I hope you will see the light and remove them from your sites and ultimately blacklist them.

Anyone who blacklists BetFashionTV, please leave the link to your article in this thread and I will in turn link back to it from my article.

On behalf of Fashion TV Gaming Group

We would like to make it clear that we never initiated or activated any negative SEO against anyone!

We never been, or are involved in such wrong, unprofessional acts to resolve issues.

To attack the most powerful, reputable gaming trusted sits/institutions that protects players and affiliates is very wrong and unheard.

It is very sad for us that our brand was connected to such but that’s surely not the case.

Gentlemen, this is not our way nor it is our business culture!

At the SiGMA conference last week a representative of Fashion TV Gaming Group approached me, expressing deep concern about this forum thread and stating they were being accused of actions they did not perform. I agreed that I would post a statement from them on their behalf. Here is the agreed statement:

We believe that negative black hat SEO is wrong and this type of conduct goes against both our morals and our culture.

I have to add some notes.

    1. Negative SEO does not work anymore. Google robot is not stupid, and in most cases you not even have the need to disavow bad links in Google Webmaster tools. Since years idiots try to harm others people rankings with "Negative SEO". I have seen with my own eyes top positioned sites with thousands of negative links, and they lost not one position after bad SEO. So only complete idiots believe, they can really put harm with negative SEO on other people. If one disavows bad links every 3 or 4 months, then this is enough.

    2. Both claims, from Casinomeister and ThePogg have - with good reasons - a question mark at the title or important sentences, because at least this are also only claims without real evidence. Normally, they have to show all bad links they have in a complete list and not only some selective. If you have trouble with someone, then it's clear, that this person or company is the first suspect.

    3. The statement from Geri1 (what a username?) in my opinion is very weak and like a text module, that have been written in advance, made for similar cases. If he had replaced "unheard" with "stupid", then it would be more credible, because in case of guilt no one declares himself as an idiot so easy.

    4. My personal probability for guilt is 60:40 to the disadvantage or Geri & Friends, but again: At the end it is a nothing burger and a clickbait story, because negative SEO is more a myth than real in 2017+, and in less than 1 hour every allegedly impact of negative SEO is cleared. Moreover: Negative SEO actions are no isolated incidents. The fact, that most casinos have an empty wallet and many webmasters hates their competitors and so negative SEO is common in this industry, hundreds of times every day, this is not spreaded everywhere. At the end, these idiots don't recognize, that all the efforts are waste time.

Anyone who's interested can run their own SEO report on ThePOGG.com. Personally I used Ahrefs. The links there are evident for all to see as are the timings and volumes.

I'm aware of the owner strenuously disavowing all association with this activity. I'm not going to pass further comment on this. The evidence is there for anyone who cares to look and I'd leave all readers to draw their own conclusion. In this instance RZ is absolutely right, we don't have enough to hang anyone as I don't have the financial transactions to prove who paid for this attack, but to my mind we do have more than enough to be higher than 60:40 in confidence. That's my opinion though. I may disagree with RZ on this front, but I respect the statement as coming from an honest place.

However, this comes on the back of legal threats we received from this group - which cost us thousands to stand down - and a history, specifically related to the FashionTV Gaming Group, where this company has a large amount in outstanding payments due to players. These complaints were upheld by their regulator which the FashionTV Gaming Group then ignored. They then continued to claim a license that we had direct conformation had been revoked.

My current understanding is that the Bet FashionTV operation has been suspended by their platform provider Aspire Global until such time as the historic player issues have been addressed.

I don't encourage anyone to do anything or take any position on this until such time as Bet FashionTV address (or don't) the player issues in question. A very significant sum of player's money is on the line in this instance. We will never work with this group, but paying players would go a long way towards addressing the overall issues at least in my opinion.

I suspect they are different people, but I really don't know. The only fact I know is that the Geri1 account was registered with a different email address than the one used by the representative who approached me at SiGMA.

Given the above I feel this is a valid question: will BetfashionTV be accepted as GPWA sponsor in the not too distant future?

The Fashion TV Gaming Group has had no discussions with us of any kind that even remotely touches on being a GPWA sponsor, and to be honest, the idea has not even crossed my mind. When we do talk with a program about the possibility of being a sponsor, one of the very first things we discuss is that we will review the program and its reputation and will only accept a program if we believe it is suitable. The only discussion I have had with them is about the contents of this thread.

    "worthless sponsorship"

To be fair, I understand the American Way of Life and sponsorship is a complete normal thing in their country, and it's not bad. As a media analyst I have seen also hundreds and hundreds of U.S. TV commercial ads, and you cannot compare that with Europe. It's simply a different culture. And I personal had never any problems with sponsorship, regardless where and with whom as long as it's legal.

Sponsorship here is not "worthless", because in a single week more affiliates are visiting GPWA than people on all conferences together during one year.

And to be fair one more time, no one can ignore, that within the last 17 months great changes were made here, a huge progress. Or will one say, that there still so many programs with quotas, with crooked cookies and with Income Access are welcomed here as a sponsor?

No, on the contrary, and this happened not by accident.

The real enemies, this is not GPWA or GPWA sponsors in general, what would be really insane to claim. The real enemies, this are the Betway/Buffalo and AffPower Crime Families, the Bwin suckers, the 888 crooks. On the contrary to the IGB losers here is no place for them.

This is important, because with the recent Betway (Buffalo) revelations due to the Paradise Papers we know, that Betway has links to an Italian Mafia Crime Family, that is chased by the British Justice Department.
Yes, we are talking about links to murderers.
There is nothing to downplay anymore.
A proven fact, and the Belgium government started an investigation into Betway.

And if you eyes GPWA under this spotlight, then dear audience, you know, that here is not everything bad.

The value and the progress that the GPWA and it's members have made in the industry, is NOT contained only in the last 17 months, many things go back to it's original roots.
