Anyone seeing stats updated for Betfred since 25/6?
I met with the Betfred AM yesterday in London, they’re aware of the issue and are working on a solution.
Sounds like they’re close to getting it all back up and running, problem is the sheer volume of data now that needs to be imported to get it back up to date. I wouldn’t expect anything until next week.

I’m a little surprised there’s been no message to affiliates either by email or on the system to say what’s happening, again I expect it’s bad timing with the IGB conference happening.
Data for the 9th is now on the system so you’d expect some movement on the missing stats before too long.
there has been an email that went out. The thing is it was not clear that the problem is so wast as email was suggesting that they will have it fixed in no time

I was chatting to my AM in the week and he said there’s still work to do to fully catch up with the data outage last month so you might find that your numbers change when they sort it out.
It looks like they’ve taken the last fortnight’s worth of stats down off the system so I expect they’ll be reloading all of that when whatever needs fixing is done.
Ah, this will explain the lack of payment yet.
