I need to report a bug on betpartners.it stats (probably not many webmasters use this, is the exclusive aff program of eurobet.it):

The problem is pretty much technical, i've tried to advise the affiliate program but they do not understand the criticity of the issue, so I will try address it here.


In summary - every new depositing customer produce a bonus IN the affiliate reporting system, but NOT IN the player account (in the player account the bonus is pending, but not credited).


This clearly produce a great reduction in the net revenue generated, cause bonuses are reported but not really credited, therefore not played and lost.


If a player for example deposit 100€, he will be credited no bonus (the bonus is 100% match up bonus, but it is pending!). If he loses all his money, the net revenue generated should be 100€, but in betpartners.it it appears to be 0€ (Gross gaming revenue - bonuses=net revenue).

The affiliate system thinks that the pending bonus is a credited bonus - i've tested it myself with a personal account, and that's exactly what happens




Not sure if I made myself clear, if anyone has any contact in eurobet, it is very welcome to give me an hand , cause betpartners.it don't reply anymore to my skype and emails...
